I had a lovely stay at Gigli D'Oro Suite! The staff was super attentive, always helping us with dining reservations. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from Piazza Navona. A little loud at night, but overall a great spot for exploring Rome!

the shower was practically a sauna, and it's just unbelievable that nobody bothered to fix it. Also, the nonexistent reception is laughable, like I’m supposed to communicate with a screen like it’s the 1800s. I even expected a room upgrade, but the hotel clearly thinks regular treatment is good enough for me. I almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn’t.

I loved my stay in the Superior Junior Suite. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was always clean. Staff were really helpful and let us leave our luggage for free on our last day. The location was perfect for visiting major attractions, and we explored easily on foot. 🍷

Incredible location near major attractions.
The shower had cold water one night, and despite reporting it, the problem persisted until maintenance resolved it the next morning. Additionally, there was a malodorous smell in the bathroom that penetrated the room during our last night. To make matters worse, there was nobody at the reception after hours, causing inconvenience when we needed assistance late at night.

Couples looking for a cozy retreat
I loved how the location was just a stone's throw from all the sights. We really appreciated the gentleman at the front desk. he went above and beyond, giving us tips and making sure we felt comfortable. That made our experience so much more enjoyable.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was reasonable for what we got.

It was just an optimal selection for resting at all in Rome with great value. The room I stayed in had a comfy bed, which made it easy to recover after a long day of sightseeing. Make sure to download a taxi app before arriving to avoid carrying luggage on busy streets.
